What is SparkRide?

SparkRide is a premium electric scooter sharing platform that provides smart, sustainable, and stylish electric scooters for urban mobility. We offer both rental services and sales of our latest scooter models.

Where are you located?

We operate in over 25 major cities across the United States including New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, San Francisco, and more. You can find our scooters at designated parking spots throughout these cities.

How do I rent a scooter?

Download our app, create an account, and find a nearby scooter. Scan the QR code to unlock, and you're ready to ride. Payment is processed automatically through the app based on your ride duration.

How much does it cost to rent?

Rental rates start at $1 to unlock and $0.30 per minute. We also offer daily and monthly subscription plans for frequent riders. Check our app for current promotions and package deals.

How do I report a damaged scooter?

If you encounter a damaged scooter, please report it immediately through our app using the "Report Issue" feature. Our maintenance team will be notified and will service the scooter as soon as possible.

How often are scooters maintained?

All our scooters undergo regular maintenance checks every 2 weeks or after every 500 rides. Our team performs battery checks, brake inspections, tire pressure monitoring, and general cleaning.

Do I need to wear a helmet?

While helmet laws vary by city, we strongly recommend wearing a helmet for your safety. You can purchase affordable helmets through our accessories section or rent one with your scooter in select locations.

What safety features do your scooters have?

Our scooters are equipped with dual braking systems, bright LED headlights and taillights, reflective strips, stability control, and GPS tracking. They also have speed limiters for new riders.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. You can manage your payment methods in the app settings.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds for rides are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you experienced technical issues with a scooter, please contact our support team within 24 hours of your ride for assistance.

Do you offer long-term rentals?

Yes! We offer weekly and monthly rental plans at discounted rates. Contact our sales team or check the app for long-term rental options and corporate accounts.

Is there an age requirement?

You must be at least 18 years old to rent a scooter and have a valid driver's license or state ID. For scooter purchases, buyers must be 18 or older with valid identification.
